Statutory warranty

The statutory warranty period in accordance with German law amounts to 1 year from the date of purchase for all defects attributable to faulty design, materials, or workmanship.

Conditions for defective goods

In the event of defective goods, Winandoffice.com repair or replace the defective goods at its own discretion – free of charge – provided that the following conditions are met:

2. The defect must be attributable to faulty design, material, or workmanship on the part of the manufacturer or seller.
3. All defective goods that are to be repaired or replaced must be returned to the seller if the seller so requests.
4. If the goods were delivered to the seller by the manufacturer or a third party, any warranty granted to the seller shall be passed on to the buyer.
5. The seller is entitled, at its own discretion, to refund the purchase price already paid for the defective goods.
