Winandoffice.de provides a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products purchased. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. After this 30-day period, we offer a lifetime replacement warranty for any defective goods.

Legal warranty

The statutory warranty period in accordance with German law is 1 year from the date of purchase for any defects due to faulty design, materials, or workmanship.

Conditions for defective goods

In the event of defective goods, Winandoffice.de at its own discretion,will either repair or replace the defective goods – free of charge – provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The buyer must inform the seller immediately in writing about the defect.
  2. The defect must be due to faulty design, materials, or workmanship by the manufacturer or seller.
  3. Any defective goods to be repaired or replaced must be returned to the seller, if so requested by the seller.
  4. If the goods were manufactured and supplied to the seller by a third party, any warranty granted to the seller for those goods shall be passed on to the buyer.
  5. The seller is entitled, at its absolute discretion, to refund the price of the defective goods if the price has already been paid.
